Order cancellation: 

The order can be canceled free of charge, IF the order has not been processed in our system.

If your order has been processed, unfortunately it can no longer be canceled, and any returns will be subject to the normal return policy.


Returns:

We do not accept returns that have been sent to us before contacting us. 


Please note that we will require proof of purchase before returning.

Norelie.co will be responsible for the full cost of the return.

Please keep all customer return documentation in a safe place until you receive notification from Norelie.co that your return has been received.


Unclaimed packages:

  • Unclaimed packages will always be charged €9.90 to compensate us for the costs incurred. The parcel will be held at the collection point for 7 days, after which it will be returned to us. Please note that if you wish to return a package, you must first pick it up and follow our return instructions. Failure to pick up the package from the Post Office/refusal to accept the package from the Post Office does not constitute a return.
  • Unclaimed package is not subject to normal return policy.
    • If the return is due to one of our problems (such as: wrong products, product quality problems), you will not have to pay the return shipping fee.
    • If the return is due to a customer problem (such as: do not like/do not like the product, you ordered the wrong product/size), the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
    • A 10% restocking fee may be charged on the purchase price

    Damaged shipments: 

    Damaged shipment amounts will be refunded in full.

    If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@norelie.co (Mon-Fri 9am-3pm) for a replacement.

     

    Parcels sent to the wrong address: 

    Always check that the delivery address is correct. Once the order has been received, we are unfortunately unable to make any further changes to the address or other information.

    Please note that Norelie.co is not obligated to offer a refund if the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address.
